HILL, REV. ARTHUR PRICE, B.A., born March 26, 1854. Chaplain in the Royal Was employed in the Navy from December 14, 1880, to July 31, 1910, when he retired. Was present at the bombardment of Alexandria, 1882, and during the Egyptian War (medal, clasp, and Khedive's Star). Appointed Chaplain to the Embassy at Vienna, September 1, 1910. War was declared by Great Britain on Austria-Hungary, August 12, 1914. Mr. Hill left Vienna, August 14, and proceeded to England. Retired, with a gratuity, February 23, 1915. Resumed his duties at Vienna, June 6, 1920. Died at Vienna, November 28, 1924.

Secretary to the British Commissioner on the Mixed Commission for the settlement of Claims against Venezuela, April-December, 1903. Appointed Consul at Vigo, January 1, 1920. Mr. Guyatt's district was altered and a new Commission was issued to him, March 1, 1922. Died at Worthing, February 4, 1924.
