A BILL

To amend the Lead Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, and for other purposes.

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 3 That section 101 of the Lead Based Paint Poisoning Pre4 vention Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the 5 following new subsection:

"(e) The Secretary is also authorized to make grants to

7 State agencies for the purpose of establishing centralized lab
