We have just received from J. & H. G. Langley, of New York, the December number of the United States Literary Advertiser and Publisher's Circular, containing announcements of American and foreign works now published or in press. This work is of the greatest value to publishers, and literary men, furnishing the former with a medium for advertising, not to be excelled, and the latter, the earliest information of the publication of books, of every description.
